This role involves managing and leading development squads, driving Robotics Process Automation projects from conception to implementation, and overseeing end-to-end automation and digitization initiatives.

Experience in project management with multiple stakeholders
Strong conceptualization skills, converting ideas into functional and non-functional documents
Technical expertise in system integration, API, RPA platforms, and robotics process automation
Leadership skills, liaising between process SMEs, IT teams, and RPA vendors
Data analytics, cost benefit analysis, and impact assessment skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills, interacting with peers and senior management
