Job Description
Purpose of Role:-
Project Design & co- ordination, Project management, Manage Projects execution at Site , Budget and quality control, Checking of bills & Estimation, Vendor shortlisting and Management. Maintain and track NSO, Relays or Special Projects Program and Timelines, Manage PAN India projects and travel for timely execution and delivery.
Role & Responsibility
· Comprehensive involvement in all aspects of Projects including conceptual detailed planning, material specification and selection, contractor evaluation ,site execution of store fit out activities & remodels of existing buildings/stores with control on all over parameters related to civil and engineering services
· Manage onsite Project Managers effectively by assigning key responsibilities and lead them to deliver quality work at site within agreed timelines and budget
· Design, Estimation,Execution, Civil & Interiors Project Works and testing & Commissioning of Electrical, MEP & Engineering installations
· Coordination with Consultants, Architects, design teams for shop drawing preparation, review and counter checking the drawings with respect to site conditions
· Preparing BOQ, tender Documents for all Civil & Interior, engineering services including electrical installations, HVAC, Security surveillance Systems.
· Coordinating with internal teams and central procurement team for floating tenders and vendors related aspects.
· Ensuring projects are delivered to the highest quality, within budget by effectively organizing, managing and utilizing all resources and timely handover of the projects to the operations team.
· Coordinating with store maintenance teams to ensure the PMS done on time to ensure zero breakdown/outages of equipment.
· Coordinating & regular follow-ups with all the Vendors for Smooth execution of Project and Closure of snags.
· Bills & invoice certification and Finance closure for the All works.
· Preparing HOTO and ensure the project handover to operations.
· Ensure the store infrastructure facilities and services are in line with regional and operations team needs and standards.
· Drive value-engineering constantly evaluate options for energy saving in all the stores.
· Identifying and developing a reliable vendor base for sourcing of quality material & equipment.
· Coordinating with Purchase team for timely closure of PO for the Project & R&M activities and doing follow ups with vendors for works closure within the stipulated timelines.
· Interacting with concerned Government authorities for necessary approvals like CEIG licenses and PCB license for Electrical, DG sets and electromechanical equipment, annual inspections &DG approvals, DG B/G form submissions to electricity board etc.
Requirements:-
• 10-12 Years of experience in Project designs.
• BE /B.tech/ B.Arch
