Deliver high-quality Portfolio/Program/Project Management services to CCS Australia
Meet financial and business governance milestones in a cost-effective manner
Monitor costs, revenues, and margins for each project under management
Ensure timely and within-budget completion of projects to achieve client satisfaction
Collaborate closely with project team, client team, and contractors during the contract process
Furnish timely project status updates through reporting and regular status/governance meetings
Maintain effective management and adherence to standard methodologies for all projects
Conducting periodic project audits against standards, project objectives and financial measures
