Systems, Funding and Cards (SFC), Partnerships, aims to support the delivery of Department of Communities and Justice (DCJ) programs and priorities through the accurate administration and support of funding, grants, asset management and reporting systems as well as contract custodianship, minimising risk to service delivery and keeping service providers accountable.

The CBP team administers the Community Building Partnership (CBP) Program, a statewide electorate-based infrastructure and equipment grants program, eligible to incorporated not-for-profit community groups and local councils. We are a busy team working in a high-volume environment, with approximately 3,000 applications processed and 1,500 successful grants managed annually.

Support grant applicants and recipients with accurate completion of all program documentation, in line with program guidelines and approved Funding Deeds.
Communicate and liaise with key stakeholders to facilitate exchange of information and support project completion.
Plan, manage and implement research activities, program reforms, and evaluation projects as allocated by the Manager.
Provide high-level advice on grant design and compliance with the NSW Grants Administration Guide.
Provide high-level advice on grant management, legislation, ICT systems and business process via briefing notes, cabinet minutes and correspondence.
