Job Title: Senior Property Lawyer
Location: Derby
Salary: £30,000 to £45,000
Contract: Full Time, Permanent (Potential of hybrid working after 12 weeks probation)
About the Firm/Role:
CRA Legal are working with a leading specialist Conveyancing business, as part of an established law firm with offices across England and Wales. This is a great opportunity to be part of a modern firm with a focus on technological expertise, with a varied caseload of clients from across the midlands.
The role will see you:
• Run and manage a suitably sized caseload of sales and purchases
• Meet individual targets and team targets, such as set KPIs and SLAs
• Work within referrers SLAs and requirements
• Communicate with clients, the team and other professionals over the phone, email and in meetings
• Utilise the in-house bespoke management system

About you:
• Min. 2 years' experience in a prior conveyancing fee earner role
• Confident in dealing with leasehold, new build and shared ownership sale and purchases
• Competent use of MS Office programmes
• Must have used Case Management Systems, Land Registry Portal, Online SDLT etc
• Demonstrate technical ability and comprehensive knowledge in conveyancing transactions and legislation
