We rarely work past 5:30pm
Our team enjoy supportive 1:1 mentoring from the principals, and we design their careers to suit their strengths and interests
We have genuine opportunities for client contact, leadership development and personal brand development

Our team members have said that working at Legalite is “a joy”, “the best thing to happen in their career”, “the culture is next level”, that they’ve “never been happier” and can “truly be ourselves”.

The Process

We don’t want to see a stock standard, copy and paste application. Instead, we’d love to see a cover letter that shows us your personality and addresses our key selection criteria with examples of how you demonstrate the essential skills, competencies, and qualities. We’d love to hear why you think a firm like Legalite could be the next best step in your career!
