What Will You Be Doing In This Role
Taking over a growing portfolio of 40 residential houses and apartments with a mix of furnished and unfurnished properties. This role offers support with inspections, accounts, leasing and administration tasks so you can focus on high level relationship management.
Oversee routine inspection reports and discuss with Landlords
Application approval with Landlords
Rent reviews and lease renewals
Manage arrears
NCAT preparation and attendance
Manage bond and insurance claims
Oversee maintenance and renovation requests
Nurture Landlord and Tenant relationships
Source new business opportunities through existing portfolio
The Right Candidate Will Have
10 years real estate experience
Strong knowledge of the NSW residential tenancies act
A valid NSW real estate licence
Flexibility to go into the office 5 days per month
A valid Australian drivers licence and reliable car
Set up to work from home and tech savvy
Passionate about customer service
