Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Psychiatric Social Worker at Aaladamara Foundation. The role involves treatment planning, social work, case management, and addressing mental and behavioral health needs. The Senior Psychiatric Social Worker will be responsible for providing direct services to homeless individuals with mental illness in Mysore.
Qualifications
• Treatment Planning, Case Management, and Social Work skills
• Experience in mental health and behavioral health
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of community mental health resources
• Experience working with homeless populations
• Master's degree in Social Work or related field
