Job Description: A senior Psychologist with 3-4years of experience in client and team management
Responsibilities
• Lead conversion and management
• Management of team
• Case history and psychological assessments of elderly
• Writing and sending assessment reports to clients
• Develop, administer, and monitor appropriate treatment interventions for elderly
• Training and on job training to new joiners (Psychologists)
• Follow-up of sessions with clients through in person visits, video/audio calls
• Handling client and team escalations
• Coordination and follow up with doctors
Requirements
Age: 25-35
Experience: 3-4 years
Willing to travel within the city
Good if having own transport
Confident and good at communication
Key Skills
Knowledge of psychological theory and practice
Interest in how people think and behave
Good research skills
Ability to relate to and empathize with a range of people
Good teamworking skills
Excellent communication skills
Sensitive listening and questioning skills
Ability to cope with emotionally demanding situations
Ability to work both on your own and with others
