We are looking to hire a full time senior PR Exective for our agency. The applicant should have minimum three years of experience across digital platforms. It would be great if there is an added knowledge of digital marketing.
Location: Pune.
Qualification/Experience:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in a PR role.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong leadership abilities, with the capability to manage teams and work collaboratively across departments.
• Extensive knowledge of media relations practices and a strong network of media contacts.
• Experience in crisis management and handling sensitive issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Proficiency in leveraging digital PR tools and platforms to amplify PR efforts.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation.
JD:
• Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies and campaigns to promote brands and maintain a positive public image.
• Create compelling messaging and storytelling to effectively communicate client’s values, mission, and achievements.
• Proactively build and nurture relationships with media houses, journalists, influencers, and industry experts to secure positive coverage and maintain a strong media presence.
• Serve as the POC of clients and handle media inquiries, press releases, interviews, and public appearances.
• Should be able to work collaboratively with team members.
• Monitor media coverage, and industry trends to identify potential issues and develop timely response strategies.
• Prepare executives and key stakeholders for media engagements, including message development, talking points, and media training.
• Manage crisis communications and handle reputational issues with transparency, professionalism, and urgency.
• Stay up to date with industry best practices, PR trends, and emerging communication channels to continuously innovate and enhance our PR strategies
