Job Description
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a primary point of contact and ensuring their needs are met
- Work with clients to understand their business objectives and develop PR strategies to help achieve them
- Manage client expectations and provide regular updates on progress and results
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to review PR campaigns, discuss new opportunities, and provide strategic counsel
2. Media Relations:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, and influencers across various media channels
- Identify opportunities for media coverage and pitch relevant stories to journalists
- Draft and distribute press releases and other media materials, such as media kits and backgrounders
- Monitor media coverage and provide regular reports to clients
3. Business Development:
- Identify new business opportunities and develop pitches and proposals to win new clients
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and build relationships with potential clients
- Collaborate with other members of the agency to develop new service offerings and enhance existing ones
- Participate in agency marketing and branding initiatives, such as thought leadership content creation and social media campaigns
Other responsibilities may include managing budgets, supervising junior team members, and ensuring that all work is delivered on time and meets the agency's high standards for quality and professionalism.
