Designation Senior Executive - Purchase
Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
To Insure release PO with TAT as per SOP Maintain documentation as per SOP
Follow up with vendors, transportation, store and QC for finish goods and packing
material connectivity
Item creation in ERP as per SOP.
To insure vendor reconciliation as per SOP
Prepare and update data/records sheet as per requirement
Expedite Deliveries of finished goods produced at co packers in all CFA against the
projection shared by Sales Team.
Arranging packing material required for production at co packer.
Collaborate with QC team and vendor in case of any rejection in products and
ensuring to resolve the issue.
Sharing production schedule with Quality Team so they can be available to ensure
the quality of the product to as per the approved sample .
Finding a new vendor for the required product to be develope d in any of the food
category.
Sending RFQ to new vendors for the new product/ existing .
Arranging sample of the required product and coordinating with QC team for the
feedback which has to be shared with the desired vendor.
SALARY - UPTO 5 LPA
Experience - 2 - 4 Years
Location Patel Nagar, New Delhi.
Salary Negotiable.
