We are looking for Senior Purchase Officer in Amit Alliance.

The company specialises in the reprocessing of blast furnace slag for extraction MS scrap through magnetic separators, primarily for the SAIL Bokaro Steel Plant. The trading of steel, steel intermediaries and mineral ores forms a part of the array of mining services that the organisation undertakes.
Amit Mines is one of the most well-equipped mining companies in India owing to its efficient quality management system wherein a thorough checking of raw materials used in production is ensured to deliver the highest quality output. Each step of the manufacturing process from extraction of iron from slag to the end product - is monitored and mapped for progress and ensure homogeneity of quality. There is a weekly assessment of finished products stored at warehouses and plant for quality management.
Job Responsibilities:-
• Responsible for CAPEX of Mechanical & Electrical equipment, MEP items, Civil & General Items Purchase,
• Preparation of Technical CS, Commercial CS,
• Organizing vetting of the Technical CS by consultant Tracking & maintenance track sheets of Order, delivery & related MIS.
• Follow-ups with vendors. Tracking & maintenance track sheets of ABG, PBGs. Conversion of PR to PO within the stipulated time, regular interaction with respective plants / project sites
Location- Kolkata, West Bengal
Experience- 4-5 years
Preferred Company - Iron and Steel
Salary Budget- 3-4 LPA (If the candidate has good experience in related field then can increase the budget also)
