• Should possess strong knowledge of Python with minimum of at least 6+ years' experience as a Python developer.
• Expert knowledge of Python and related frameworks including Django and Flask.
• A deep understanding and multi-process architecture and the threading limitations of Python.
• Able to design and architect asynchronous and multithreaded programming.
• Should be able to debug and troubleshoot API’s using postman or fiddler like tools to ensure low-latency and high-availability.
• Should be able to integrate Python applications with AWS to ensure scalability

• Great organizational and time management skills.
• Availability to resolve urgent web application issues outside of business hours.
• Developing and maintaining all server-side network components.
• Ensuring optimal performance of the central database and responsiveness to front-end requests.
• Collaborating with front-end and back-end developers on the integration of elements.
• Designing back-end services for various business processes.
• Developing high-performance applications by writing testable, reusable, and efficient code.
• Implementing effective security protocols, data protection measures, application-level logging and storage solutions.
• Running diagnostic tests, repairing defects, and providing technical support.
• Documenting Python API’s, including database schemas, as well as preparing reports for comprehensive dashboards and analysis.
• Recommending and implementing improvements to processes and technologies.
Experience/Must Have:
• Solid Understanding of the Python Programming Language
• Good experience with Python Frameworks ie. FastAPI and Django
• Proficiency in using Object Relational Mapper (ORM)
• Familiarity with Python Libraries
• Good understanding on Relational Data Base Management Systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL
• Version control using git.

• Should have capability to handle a small team

• Experience with NOSQL like MongoDB, Cassandra
• Good understanding on AWS Services
