Senior Python Developer | Digital Transformation | Winchester

We are seeking a Senior Developer and Mid-Developer to join the customer solutions team and develop a range of greenfield solutions that enable digital transformation on behalf of global companies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain middleware services using Python and/or Node.js.
• Mentor junior developers and foster a collaborative team environment.
• Design and implement advanced product features in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Optimise APIs, backend services, and CI/CD pipelines for seamless integration.
• Drive innovation with AI and automation features.
Qualifications:
• 4+ years of Python development (Django, Flask, FastAPI).
• Strong experience with relational databases (Postgres).
• Proven leadership in development projects.
• Bonus: Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, NodeJS, React, or VueJS.
