Job Description
Development of the end-to-end automation framework and automate tests using new/existing frameworks.
Assist with the execution of testing for all system components, including functional and integration testing. Ensure traceability from requirements to test cases, document test cases and generate reports generate software quality related metrics.
Develop and execute formal test plans to ensure the delivery of quality software applications.
Oversee the writing of test cases/scriptstesting may include application, network, system, regression, and user acceptance testing. Participate in daily calls as needed for appropriate discussion of testing status, defect discussion and general management of testing phase.
Experience in developing high-value test automation for complex enterprise software products.
Experience in writing code in Java to automate tests for web application across UI & API.
Experience in developing desktop automation framework for front end and backend applications using Selenium, Cucumber, Appium, Cypress, Page Object Model (POM) & Page Factory.
Experience in working with TestNG framework.
Experience in working with Rest Assured/Postman.
Experience in working with Git, GitHub repos and CI/CD Pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab).
Should be willing to do manual testing as needed.
Experience with high availability, Disaster Recovery, Rogue testing, Happy Path, Negative Testing, Performance Testing, and Functional Testing
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to work independently in a fast paced, globally distributed, dynamic environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate status, impact and risk using objective data and analysis.
Strong focus on test automation ROI in terms of measurable impact to product quality and release cycle time reduction, relative to automation investment.
Experience in the financial services domain with high-volume, large-scale processing and reporting.
