1.Must have knowledge on call Quality analysis of the call flow.
2.Should conduct sessions for new updates related to process.
3.Optimal use of technology.
4.Introducing training programs.
Required Candidate profile
2+ years experience in BPO as a Quality Analyst .
Complete outflow analysis and identified quality outlier.
Fluency in English and Hindi is Mandatory.
Immediate Joiner Preferred

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
