Senior QA Automation Engineer
Remote and Need to work EST hours
Key Responsibilities :
• Design and implement test automation for voice / NLP-based features using Playwright, Selenium, or equivalent tools.
• Collaborate closely with project managers and delivery engineering teams to validate AI outputs and system behavior to ensure quality coverage
• Integrate tests into CI / CD workflows for continuous validation and fast feedback.
• Execute performance, security, and exploratory testing where needed.
• Validate real-world, end-user delivery scenarios through transcripts, speech samples, and real-world user flows.
Ideal Background :
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in QA or test automation, including 2+ years testing AI / ML / NLP systems.
• Hands-on expertise in Python, JavaScript, Java, and SQL.
• Proven experience with Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, Appium, and API testing using Postman or equivalent.
• Skilled in Git, Jenkins, GitLab Bamboo, GitHub, CI / CD, and testing in cloud and microservices environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Deep understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, scalable test automation architecture and agentic AI agent-based systems.
