What You'll Accomplish :
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver and Java/Python to validate software functionality, performance, and user experience.
• Collaborate with software developers and product managers to define testing strategies, identify test cases, and prioritize testing efforts.
• Participate in requirements analysis and design discussions to ensure testability and efficient test coverage of new features and enhancements.
• Execute automated test suites and report test results, clearly documenting defects and their reproduction steps.
• Continuously improve and optimize existing automated testing frameworks, tools, and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Conduct root cause analysis of defects, communicate findings, and contribute to problem-solving efforts.
• Monitor and analyze automated test results, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging trends, and advancements in test automation methodologies.
What We're Looking For :
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience as a QA Engineer, with a strong focus on writing and maintaining automated tests using Selenium WebDriver and Java.
• Solid understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and practices.
• Proficiency in Java programming and object-oriented design principles.
• Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and tools, particularly Selenium WebDriver.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases and documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as contribute within a collaborative team environment.
• Experience with other testing tools, load testing, performance testing, and security testing is a plus.
