CoffeeWeb Technologies Private Limited is dedicated to the development of a product known as CoffeeWeb, a truly global solution that offers valuable benefits to the entire international coffee industry. We are looking for an experienced QA Tester to join our team, ensuring our platform maintains top-tier quality across Testing, QA, Pre-Production, and Production environments.
Key Responsibilities
1. Testing and QA
· Develop, document, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web and mobile applications built with ASP.NET Core, Flutter, React, and Firebase.
· Perform functional, integration, regression, performance, and load testing.
· Test real-time data processing workflows and publishing mechanisms.
2. Deployment Process Familiarity
· Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to understand deployment pipelines across Testing, QA, Pre-Production, and Production environments.
· Validate and verify builds during each stage of deployment.
· Identify and document deployment-related issues, ensuring smooth rollouts.
· Automation Testing
· Develop automated test scripts for key functionalities using industry-standard tools.
· Maintain and enhance existing automation frameworks.
3. Bug Tracking and Reporting
· Utilize bug tracking tools to document and manage reported defects.
· Work with developers to resolve issues and revalidate fixes.
4. Collaboration and Communication
· Act as the bridge between technical teams, ensuring clear communication of test results and project quality status.
· Provide insights to improve product quality and streamline testing processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
1. Technical Proficiency:
· Strong understanding of ASP.NET Core, Flutter, React, Firebase, and Azure SQL.
· Knowledge of real-time data processing and workflows.
· Hands-on experience with testing tools and frameworks like Selenium, Postman, JMeter, or similar.
2. Testing and QA Expertise:
· 3–5 years of experience in software testing for web and mobile platforms.
· Experience in end-to-end testing, including functional, integration, performance, and load testing.
3. Deployment Experience:
· Familiarity with deployment processes and pipelines (Testing → QA → Pre-Production → Production).
· Exposure to CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
4. Soft Skills:
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent verbal and written communication.
· Team player with attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience with Firebase integration testing.
· Understanding of WebSocket performance testing.
· Familiarity with Azure Functions.
· Certifications in software testing (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE)
