Position Title:
Senior Quality Engineer

Conduct functional QA testing for the code wrappers developed by the Engineers to ensure they meet the required standards
Perform load testing of the code wrappers, considering the business size for which the wrapper will be executed
Ensure comprehensive test coverage, including functional testing, database testing, and performance testing
Support the Program Manager in facilitating UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and addressing technical questions from the brand during the UAT phase
Conduct production validation on the day of LPR execution to ensure smooth deployment
Ensure that all issues identified during UAT or after LPR execution are thoroughly tested and resolved with no gaps
Provide post-execution QA support, verifying that all expected changes have been successfully implemented
Reach out to the Loyalty Scrum Team for additional assistance or guidance as needed
What We Are Looking For
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in manual testing
Strong hands-on experience in API testing using Postman
Solid experience in database testing, including writing and executing complex SQL queries
Proven expertise in functional, regression, integration, and performance testing
Good understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle)
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Ability to troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis for test failures
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams
Experience with tools such as JIRA, TestRail, Confluence is a plus
