Profile :- Manager Quality

Qualification- B.Tech / M.Tech - Mechanical, Metallurgy
Salary- Upto 40 Lac /- CTC
Location- Jaipur (Raj.)
Experience- 15+ years experience required in Quality in Sheet Metal Industry.
Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies to promote efficient and cost-effective work practices and monitor and analyse work practices and cost factors within the plant and manufacturing team.
Plan and ensure the proper execution of various activities related with QC, QA & regulatory
Responsible for overall establishment of Quality standards and compliance
Understanding customer expectations and needs from a product
Developing quality control processes
Ensuring products are designed with adherence to legal and safety standards
Supervising staff and monitoring production standards
Monitoring and evaluating internal production processes
Evaluating the final output of products to determine their quality
Engaging with customers and gathering product feedback
Producing statistical reports on quality standards
Reporting to upper management on quality standard issues
Desired Candidate Profile
FMEA, Calibration of Instruments, Validation & checking of Gauges, Jigs &Fixtures, Audits as per schedule.
Having knowledge in manufacturing process of tools, Press, Welding, tube bending, wire bending
Having knowledge on Welding process, light fabrication.
