We are looking for a Senior Learning Specialist that will be responsible for generating innovative ideas for content while working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. The po-sition will research products, services, technology, or concepts to be documented and easily un-derstood by a broad audience.
Responsibilities:
Create and update product documentation and descriptions without oversight Cooperate with Product Managers, UX Designers Developers, and other Technical Writ-ers Speak with development teams to clarify feature details and specifications Take the lead of documentation projects Share your knowledge with other team members Test beta features and learn how our software works to become a subject matter expert
Your background:
Bachelor's degree or higher in technical writing, English, communications, Engineering, ora related area of study Fluent English (both written and spoken) At least 5 years in a similar role with some experience of writing for technical audiences Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills to prepare easy-to-read text in plain Eng-lish Practical knowledge of using international style guides for writing in English (Microsoft Manual of Style or the AP Stylebook) or STE Experience working with a docs-as-code workflow and ability to prepare simple code sam-ples Experience with technical writing tools (MadCap Flare), content management systems, source control systems (Git), Jira, and Confluence
