Role: Senior Receptionist

Town: The Wellington Hospital, London

Full time: 40 per week

Shifts: between 0700 and 1+00 Monday - Friday with weekends required on rotation

Permanent

Salary: Competitive dependent on skills & experience plus benefits

As a Senior Receptionist you will be accountable for management of Front of House within The Wellington Hospital. You will provide a caring and efficient patient experience from start to finish, constantly delivering high quality customer care to both internal and external clients.

This is a fabulous opportunity for you to work in a wonderful location as part of our friendly and supportive Primary Care team.

What You'll Do
• Training and shadowing all new receptionists
• Organise and coordinate requests made within the remit of FoH
• Printing of security passes on site
• H&S audit checks, cardiac bleep, emergency radio, lift telephone and other audits
• Logging requests and monitor the Teletracking portal ensuring all duties are carried out
• Ordering courier services and other transport needs
• Coordinating patient transfers with the shuttle
• Order of Stationary orders and newspapers for FoH area
• Working closely with supervisors and providing feedback on patient experience
• Cover breaks across The Wellington Hospital
• Deputise for the FoH Supervisor

What You'll Bring
• Computer literate
• Previous reception experience is essential, ideally within Healthcare or Hotels
• Previous people management experiment desirable
• Proven ability to work flexibly and accurately with changing priorities and deliver a confidential and high-quality customer-focused service
• A friendly "can-do" attitude
