Role Description
This is a full-time Hybrid role for a Senior Recruiter specializing in BPO and Contact Center hiring. Based in Mumbai, the Senior Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and managing candidates for various roles within the BPO and contact center domains.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include collaborating with client's hiring managers, developing recruiting strategies, managing end-to-end hiring processes, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience. The recruiter will play an active role in identifying top talent, nurturing relationships, and ensuring the staffing needs of the clients are met efficiently.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for call center / BPO roles (voice & non-voice)
• Deliver high-volume hiring targets within defined timelines
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and walk-in drives
• Conduct screening and coordinate interviews with hiring teams
• Build strong candidate pipelines for bulk hiring mandates
• Track recruitment progress and maintain daily hiring dashboards
Requirements:
• 4–8 years of recruitment experience, preferably in BPO / contact center hiring
• Proven experience in bulk hiring / volume recruitment
• Strong sourcing skills across job portals, social media, and referrals
• Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced hiring environment
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaborative skills to engage with candidates, hiring managers, and teams effectively.
