Are you a passionate recruiter with a flair for identifying top talent? Jaro Education is looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing HR team at our Chembur office.
🔍 Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment life cycle for various roles (focus on Sales, Support & Mid-level roles)
Source candidates through portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
Coordinate interviews and maintain a smooth candidate experience
Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and deliver results
Maintain hiring dashboards, MIS, and daily trackers
✅ Desired Skills & Experience:
4+ years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in EdTech or Lateral/Mass/Volume/Bulk/Sales hiring (Non IT experience)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Energetic, proactive, and a team player
