Location preference: Candidates residing on the Western Railway line only.

Job Description:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles (Sales, Operations, Admin, HR, Finance, etc.)
Understand hiring requirements and coordinate closely with hiring managers
Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases
Conduct resume screening and initial telephonic interviews
Schedule interviews and ensure timely feedback & follow-ups
Manage salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and closures within approved budgets
Ensure joining of candidates and minimize offer drop-outs
Maintain recruitment trackers / MIS reports
Ensure adherence to recruitment processes and confidentiality
Deliver a positive candidate experience
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment / Talent Acquisition
Hands-on experience in end-to-end hiring for Non-IT roles
Strong sourcing skills using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals
Good screening, interviewing, and coordination skills
Ability to handle multiple requirements and close positions within TAT
Experience in offer negotiation and candidate closure
