About the Job:
Our Senior people are leaders within our business who work closely with senior management and peers to develop the business. Mentorship of less experienced staff is another important part of the role and can lead to a position in management. You will be given access to key accounts and be responsible to developed them further along with targeting new accounts. As a Senior Consultant, you will be rewarded for identifying and winning business in other verticals. This role can lead to a client-facing role for the right applicant.

About the role:
Working out of our Sydney CBD office, you will continue to build on your experience in the Sydney market managing some of our accounts and building your own.
You will work on both contract and permanent roles and you can build up significant revenue streams whilst placing permanent candidates.
You’ll be developing long term relationships with clients and will offer a professional and effective service to clients and candidates.
Handling clients and applicants through the recruitment process to a successful conclusion.
You’ll work to maintain awareness of trends within your allocated area of technical specialisation.
Skills & experience:
Minimum 4 years experience working with stakeholders within the recruitment or sales industry.
Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal.
Knowledge of and ability to utilse our leading edge automation tools for content and individual marketing opportunities.
Ability to map and track your work and strategies using our leading tech tools.
Great customer service focus, and you get a kick out of delivering great outcomes for the people you work with.
Working autonomously & within a team, doing everything in your power to ensure your colleagues' success as well as your own- recognising that the greater team’s success will always benefit you personally.
Attention to detail and an enjoyment of being busy; managing multiple moving pieces at one time
