About Zenith HR Solutions - Zenith HR Solutions (ZHRS) is a Retained search firm based in Mumbai offering hiring solutions in the space of leadership and senior level hires. The company is a 14-year-old organization, with the senior management team having combined experience of more than 85 years in FMCG, Financial Services, Education & Engineering. We currently work across sectors viz – Financial services – (Private equity, Investment banking, Asset Management, Capital Markets etc), FMCG , Pharmaceutical , Retail, Manufacturing, Technology, Healthcare, Law firms and more. We work for senior management level which includes CXO levels, Functional Heads, Sales & Marketing, Supply chain, Finance & Accounts, M&A, Legal, HR etc.
Location – Mumbai /Remote/Work from home
Roles & Responsibilities
• Taking Care of End-to-End Recruitment for Senior /Leadership roles across sectors
• Strong in Mapping & head-hunting
• Should be well versed in sourcing profiles through Networking/Job Portals
• Total 5+ yrs of overall experience with a minimum 2- 4 years of experience of working in Senior/Leadership roles
• Good Communication skills
