The Senior Recruitment Executive will be responsible for coordinating between Clients and the Students who have completed training in our organisation. ( communicating, interviewing, and recruiting.) and search for experienced profiles. The person having experience in Core Engineering domain will be preferred
Qualifications
• Hiring: Ability to identify and hire the best candidates for the role.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to speak to the Clients.
• Interviewing: Ability to coordinate interviews and conduct screening of candidates, before sending to the Client.
• Recruiting: Ability to source and recruit candidates.
• Relevant Skills and Qualifications: Knowledge of recruitment processes, experience in the MEP sector, and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
