Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Refrigeration Operations and Maintenance professional to join our team as a Senior Maintenance Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the maintenance team and ensuring the smooth operation of refrigeration systems across various sites.
About You:
• You should have a degree or diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with at least 12-15 years of hands-on experience in operation and maintenance of electro-mechanical utilities.
• Your work experience should include manufacturing and facilities management industries.
• You should have good knowledge of modern maintenance techniques and be proficient in MS Office.
• A background in Maximo would be an added advantage.
• You should be willing to learn new application technology tools and travel across India on request.
• You should be able to take up tasks independently and execute them effectively.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Be the SPOC for FM platform Refrigeration Engineer in various forums and meetings internal and external as required.
• Be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Technical Services, which is part of FM services.
• Learns soft services business of FM and supports Segment FM business as required.
• Supports business development by providing Capability Presentations, scoping technical requirements, and helping create solutions.
• Mobilizes support by helping transition teams develop maintenance processes and train operations teams.
• Supports deployment of Sodexo global tools for FM like AMF, Maximo, SSF, and other tools deployed by the Global Team from time to time.
• Provides regular operational support by site visits to address specific concerns, technical audits, and training.
• Coordinates with vendors/SCM for AMC management.
• Conducts Thermography audits at sites on requirement.
