As a Senior Regional Manager in the Bancassurance Department at Axis Max Life Insurance, your role involves managing the partnership with Yes Bank within the designated region. - Effective Management of People: Talent Retention - 70%, G2V2 retention - >90%, Engagement Score - 85%
