Responsibilities
The Senior Regional Sales Manager is responsible for achieving sales targets & implementing successful sales strategies by leading & motivating a team of sales professionals to solicit new business and retain, penetrate existing business in the direct sales market
Effectively work with the CS&P, Partner Services and Educational teams to assist in maximizing brand sell through at the salon level & maximize brand equity through educational programs
Manage and build positive relationships with prospective and existing clients
This role is responsible for managing Area Sales Manager, Key Relationship Managers, Distributor Sales Managers, or (MLS) Multi Location Salon Sales Managers assigned to them in Florida, Georgia, South Carolina and North Carolina
Area Sales Managers are responsible for leading a group of Brand Executives and Account Executives within a smaller geographic area
Lead the activities of Field Sales Management to successfully maximize efforts to attain sales goals within the assigned Zone within the Salon Channel
Increase market share and brand awareness across all Kao Salon USA brands (Goldwell, Oribe, KMS, Kerasilk & Varis)
Develop the skill sets of the Field Sales Management team through inspiration to include: Leadership, Communication, Coaching and Empathy
Creates trusting and constructive relationships with both internal team and customers by conducting regular field visits to ensure proper Field development and business growth
Develop sales skills and effectiveness of direct reports by providing continuous coaching, performance feedback, training and conducting regular meetings
Prepares periodic reports to demonstrate effectiveness of sales programs and salon sell through
Develops annual sales budgets and KPIs to measure Salon Channel results

The role:

What you will need:
• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
• 3-5 years of field sales team management
• 8-12 years of progressive sales leadership and responsibility
