Location - Kolkata

Regional Account/Sales Manager is responsible to report to Central Sales team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Responsible for End to End Sales Account management from Purchase orders to Collection & achieving the set order booking/revenue targets in the assigned region by effectively handling Key accounts long-term relationships leading to increased business and taking care of their entire range of networking requirements across all data & voice solutions for 2G/3G/4G/5G Technologies and Transport equipment like CPAN, MAAN, DWDM, Alien wave and OTN.

• Well versed with Radio Technologies and understands Government Ecosystem

• Actively lead Sales/Order discussions at circle level under the allocated Zone

• Evaluate and Implement appropriate Sales Technique wrt 2G/3G/4G to increase department sales volume

• Manage revenue goals for the given account(s) and follow up on timely payments

• Co-ordinate & Align Revenue Targets with Project Deliverables and provide support for smooth execution of Project

• Deliver value proposition, sales presentations, competitive positioning.

• Required to regularly interface with the client and take account of any changes in customer needs.

• Existing Relationship & knowhow of customers in respective zone

• Develop cross-functional/organizational relationships.

• Must Provide detailed weekly reports and updates to senior sales team.

• Day- to- day customer management operations and provides timely resolution for customer issues and complaints.

• Managing key customers and building long- term relationships leading to increased business for Company.

• Good negotiation skills and gaining customer agreement

Key Experiences : Prior experience of handling BSNL Account at Zonal Level. Must have experience of handling large businesses. Experience in handling BSNL account is Mandatory.

Product Experiences : - Hands on Experience with Wireless Technologies (2G/3G/4G/5G) as well as wireline mainly related to mobile backhaul, broadband backhaul and access technology like GPON etc etc
