Full-time | 40 hours per week | Based in West Auckland

Are you a senior mental health nurse who thrives in dynamic settings and is ready for a leadership step? This could be your next move.

We're looking for someone grounded in clinical expertise, energised by team coordination, and driven to make a difference in acute mental health care.

You’ll be stepping into a leadership role that balances patient-centred care with supporting clinicians, streamlining service delivery, and role-modelling best practice.

What you’ll be doing:

Leading and coordinating a dedicated acute mental health team

Supporting clinical service delivery and employee supervision

Managing a caseload while overseeing others’ clinical workflow

Helping shape care that genuinely meets patient needs

What you’ll bring:

Current NZ Nursing Registration and Annual Practising Certificate

Extensive mental health experience, ideally in acute and community settings

Strong communication and organisational skills

Confidence in managing complex clinical situations

Full NZ Driver’s Licence

A grounded, humorous, and collaborative approach
