Increase region level interaction, opportunity identification and conversion of Open portfolio. . Drive monthly, quarterly and annual sales target through banking relationship. . Increase P&L contribution of Banking channel by increasing centrally driven programs and idealizing and rolling out local programs (incentives, marketing, training, communications etc). What you'll bring along . Relationship building and deepening with banks where Open is already have central level relationships. . Identify and drive conversion opportunities for Open products including but not limited to existing tie ups and products. . Support and drive trainings, contests, central level efforts and competition mapping within the regions assigned. . Regular MIS and creation of updates and communication right from senior to last mile executive in assigned banking relationships. . Identify and provide feedbacks for upsell and cross sell opportunities for various business of Open with assigned banking partners. Why work at Open .
