Job Description
• Portfolio growth - Lead and direct the sourcing capital structure financing customers to ensure the targeted growth of the portfolio
• Identify Group/ Corporates for financing opportunities
• Directly build maintain strong relationship with each every large/mid corporates to explore funding opportunities
• Maintain relationship at all level -Promoter/CFO/Finance head to explore various opportunities with Group/ Company
• Build loan book in Corporate/Capital/Structured financing finance through direct origination
• Understand requirement of client structure the transaction
• Participate in structured financing transactions of Large /mid-size companies
• Grow portfolio while minimising NPA Bottomline growth- Use appropriate pricing, fees etc. to maximize grow margins
• Negotiate best pricing from the client and maximize bottom line
• Maximize bottom line with combination of fees interest Income
• Basis client profile and market scenario price each product right, to maximize the return
• Market Intelligence-Gather market intelligence towards evolving competitive business strategy, policies processes
• Gather market intelligence on a regular basis
• Share the market intelligence with Zonal managers
• Provide suggestions for improvement in processes, pricing, product, policy, NPA reduction etc to Zonal managers
• Control NPA- Ensure quality of portfolio to control NPAs
• Ensure high standards of portfolio management, margin regularization, market intelligence for better NPA management
• Minimize the NPA
• Keep abreast of the latest developments of exposure report for any indication of customer defaults, sectoral changes etc.
