About the Opportunity

As a Senior RM, you will play a crucial role in building relationships with our customers and supporting them in achieving their business goals. In this role, you will be responsible for the development, growth and maintenance of a diversified portfolio of SME businesses. Reporting to the Chief Business Banking Officer, key responsibilities include:

Managing a portfolio of genuine owner-operated SME businesses
Develop strong relationships within the local community and promoting the BOS brand
Ensure loan paperwork, supporting documentation, statistical data and/or other requested information is produced and submitted as required
Represent the Bank at community festivals and events


About You

We are seeking someone who has the following qualifications, skills and experience:

5 to 8 years prior experience as a Relationship or Senior Relationship Manager
Proven track record of managing a portfolio of SME clients with good growth and returns
Experience as a Business Development Management (BDM) and on-boarding new to bank customers is highly regarded
Have a strong referral network
Ability to write your own credit submissions
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Strong communication skills
