Job Description
• Acquisition & servicing of Retail Institutional clients in the field of Education, Medical, NGO, Trust, Clubs, Associations, Sec 25 Cos., Societies, Religious trust, etc.
• Would be responsible for handling transaction & investment banking business like Payments, Collections, Fixed Deposits, FX, Electronic Transfers, Online Payment Gateway, Asset business & other banking & financial products to the retail institutional clients
• Enhance relationship with the key decision makers and top management of all the mapped clientele
• To generate leads in the catchment to achieve NTB targets.
• Work closely with the Retail Branch for ensuring efficient service to clients
• Retail Instituions RM is expected to manage relationships with average CASA values of more than Rs. 10 Lacs
Job Requirements :
• Needs to have very strong Banking knowledge and should be well versed with the products, processes and systems of the bank.
• Needs to be approachable and should have the ability to guide and be the first point of contact for the employees.
• Accuracy and analytical ability on MIS
• Able to manage and drive various Learning events
• Eye for details, Meticulous
• Good communication skills
