We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Representative, Market/Client Risk Management to join our Depositary Receipt - GLOBAL CLIENT SOLUTIONS team. This role is located in Pune - HYBRID (3 Days in a week from Office)

Department/Team overview

Depositary Receipt (DR) services the global capital markets, delivering customized and market-driven solutions for issuers, brokers, and investors BNY Mellon's Depositary Receipts Business provides a full range of buy side and sell side services to help facilitate financing in the global capital markets via DRs including, local custody arrangements, issuances and cancellation and structuring corporate actions.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
• Provides data management and tracking support in the review of services, processing of transactions or onboarding of clients with consideration for BNY Mellon risk.
• Enters and manages data relating to complex transactions, onboarding and client services provided by BNY Mellon with consideration for BNY Mellon risk.
• Performs first-level reviews of more complex contracts and transaction documentation, following documented processes to ensure they comply with high level BNY Mellon requirements. May review work of junior colleagues.
• Tracks data related to more complex client transactions and assists in ensuring they are following BNY Mellon requirements.
• Assists with process improvement by contributing ideas to improve team efficiency.
• No direct reports; may assist with work allocation and team lead responsibilities.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
• Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• 3-5 years of total work experience preferred.
• Experience in an operational area and/or client services preferred.
• Organized and ability to work under time sensitive deadlines.
• Attention to detail.
• Time management
• Good verbal & written communication skills
• Teamwork – A good team player
