Job Description
CRISIL is looking for Credit Risk / Policy /underwriting experience from reputed banks in Retail AGRI farmer Finance.
1. Person with an entrpreneurial mindset, willing to work on product development in a fast growing/evolving market.
2. Product involes credit risk assessment for farmers.
3. Good knowledge of farmer lending cycle (prior experience in KCC segment), understanding of factors that drive risk and opportunities while lending to farmers is essential.
4. Working on statistical model along with data scientist and ensuring enhancement in model efficacy for risk assessment.
5. Working knowledge of statistics- regression will be useful.
6. Liason with cross functional team for data visualisation.
7. Presentation to clients for enhancing product sales.
8. Liason with multiple stakeholders- internal as well as external.

10. Aditionally work on advisory mandates for public and private sector banks in India to enable strategic decision making.
