Job Summary:
Our company is seeking a Senior Research Executive who will be responsible for managing and executing research projects across various industries, with a focus on brand tracking. The Senior Research Executive will be responsible for coordinating with the Data Analysis team, Automation team, and Dashboard team to ensure that research projects are completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working on brand tracking studies, and must be proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and able to understand data fluctuations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work on multiple excel sheets and handle data analysis
• Co-ordinate with Data Analysis team – share requirements, prepare Analysis Plan, check data and output tables quality
• Co-ordinate with Automation team, Dashboard team and work on multiple templated reports
• Conduct analysis and interpretation of data using statistical techniques and provide insights to the management
• Develop questionnaires and other research materials as needed
• Participate in the planning and execution of research projects
• Manage research projects from start to finish, including project planning, data collection, analysis, and report writing
• Ensure that research projects are completed on time and within budget
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Marketing, Business, or related fields
• Experience in Primary Quantitative Market Research with practical knowledge of research methodologies
• At least 3-5 years of experience in market research, with a focus on brand tracking
• Experience of handling brand tracking studies/NPS studies for telecom brand is a plus
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in working with large datasets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with statistical analysis software such as R or Python is a plus
• Proactive
• Strong interpersonal skills
