As a Senior Researcher, you will:
• Design and implement innovative techniques for developing and commercializing advanced language models.
• Develop and refine engineering standards, goals, and metrics to ensure the highest quality in language model production.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams of researchers to plan and execute experiments, including fine-tuning and knowledge distillation of Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate LLMs into practical applications.
• Mentor and guide junior researchers and engineers in the field of language model development.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning.
• Evaluate and adapt emerging technologies and tools to enhance LLM production processes, including fine-tuning and distillation.
• Contribute to research publications and patents to share findings and innovations with the scientific community.
• Participate in knowledge sharing and brainstorming sessions to foster a collaborative research environment.
• Continuously assess and improve language model production techniques to meet evolving industry standards, with a focus on LLM fine-tuning and distillation.

• Proficiency in advanced language model development.
• Strong experience in engineering standards, using TensorFlow and PyTorch for quality assurance.
• Collaborative work on interdisciplinary teams with expertise in Hugging Face Transformers.
• Experience in integration of LLMs into practical applications, utilizing cloud platforms like AWS Lambda and Azure Functions.
• Leadership and mentorship skills in language model development.
• Continuous learning in NLP and ML, including tools like Jupyter Notebooks and GitHub.
• Adaptability to emerging tech (e.g., Kubernetes) for LLM production enhancement.
• Track record of research contributions and patents.
• Active participation in knowledge-sharing and brainstorming sessions.
• Commitment to quality-driven LLM production, including containerization with Docker.
