Role & Responsibilities:
· Conduct comprehensive medical assessments and examinations of pediatric patients to diagnose illnesses and determine appropriate treatment plans.
· Provide primary and specialized care to pediatric patients with various medical conditions, including acute and chronic illnesses.
· Monitor and manage pediatric patients admitted to the hospital, overseeing their treatment progress and responding to any medical emergencies.
· Collaborate with attending physicians, consultants, and other healthcare professionals to discuss patient cases, treatment options, and further management plans.
· Prescribe and administer medications, treatments, and therapies as per established protocols and guidelines.
· Educate patients' families about medical conditions, treatment procedures, and preventive measures to ensure proper patient care at home.
· Lead and supervise junior medical staff, including residents and interns, providing guidance and support in their clinical activities.
· Participate in departmental meetings, case discussions, and medical education activities to enhance professional development.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with medical and legal standards of documentation.
· Adhere to all patient safety protocols, infection control measures, and hospital policies.

· Qualification: MBBS, MD- Pedia
· Experience: 0- 3 Yr
