We are looking for an experienced architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in large-scale residential projects and private villas.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop building plans and technical drawings.
• Coordinate with consultants and clients to ensure project completion.
• Able to provide inputs and give decisions on structural and MEP design.
• Skilled in AutoCAD, REVIT, and Sketchup.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Team player able to delegate work or work under a senior.
Requirements:
• 2-5 years of experience in architectural design and construction.
• Technical knowledge of building design and construction.
• Knowledge of fitting layouts for residential apartments.
• Experience of site visits.
• Preparing detailed working drawings.
• Ability to visit sites in and out of Mumbai.
• Job based at Lower Parel, Mumbai.
