Several years of experience working with hospitality and commercial projects such as restaurants, cafes, bars, etc
An educational backgroundin architecture or interior design or related post-secondary education
Professional registration with an architectural or interior design association is an asset
Some experience working with hospitality projects is required including restaurants
Lead designs on high end and high profile projects
Work with a great leadership team

Innovative Design Activities:
Dive into programming, code research, and material selection to build inspiring spaces
Skillfully layout program components and master area calculations for unique projects
Communicate the design concept and plan skillfully to clients and stakeholders
Dynamic Site Evaluation:
Conduct thorough site assessments and surveys, ensuring designs are perfectly aligned with their environment
Comprehensive Project Coordination & Review:
Review and perfect project deliverables, from products to services and shop drawings
Orchestrate permit processes and coordinate with engineers and consultants for seamless revisions
Engage with contractors, sub-consultants, and building authorities to tackle construction challenges and document outcomes
