About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Retail Banking Cluster Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Branch Managers in achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.
Job Responsibilities
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
• Lead a team of Branch Managers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
• Mentor and coach Branch Managers to improve their performance and achieve individual targets.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and products to customers.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators to ensure the team is meeting its targets.
Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a team management role in the financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of banking products and services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve high performance.
Qualifications
• MBA/Post-Graduate/Graduate degree.
Competencies
• Financial Products knowledge: Good understanding of banking products CA, TFX, WCF, Retail Assets Team Management.
• Effective management of Sales team through regular monitoring and performance tracking.
• Interpersonal skills: High level of communication skills - written and spoken Enterprising Self-motivated and Goal oriented.
Estimated Salary: ₹13,00,000 - ₹18,00,000 per annum
