• Sales Strategy and Targets
• Identify promising leads through Customer Walk-ins, cold-calling, networking, social media, and customer referrals
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and achieve sales targets
• Meet and exceed the sales targets on a monthly / quarterly / annually basis.
• Continuous research and Identify new business opportunities and potential growth areas within the luxury decor market.
• Visit the market regularly to understand the trend, competitors activities and customer preferences to stay ahead of the competition
• Plan marketing / sales activities for increasing customer base
• Successfully create business from new and existing Interior Designer & Architects Accounts
• Understand customer need and Promote cross-selling and up-selling
• Manage complex negotiations with End Customers, Interior Designers & Architects and close deals

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Ensure timely delivery of goods to the customers and collection of payments as per terms
• Store Operations
• Assist with the day-to-day operations of the store, including supervising Housekeeping, processing orders, staff management etc.
• Ensure that the store is clean and organized, and that the merchandise is displayed attractively.
• Work with other team members to ensure that the store is running smoothly.
• Regularly check all critical reports to ensure all the teams are working smoothly
• Monitor Sales Staff, their performance, training and resolve any doubts and issues
• Provide leadership training and guidance to Junior Sales Executives
• Monitor Team Sales Targets and motivate to achieve Sales Targets
• Inventory
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management through regular stock take.
• Forecast demand and plan inventory requirements based on sales trends and seasonality
• Look into procurement of new stock
• Track inventory levels and re-order
• Ensure the store is adequately stocked
• SOP & Reports
• Follow (SOPs) for all aspects of the Sales and Store Operations
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on sales performance
• Send daily Sales Reports to management
• Maintain Inventory reports and submit to the management
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
• Ensure teams are following their duties as defined in SOPs
