The opportunity:
We’re looking for a dynamic and strategic Senior Reward Manager to join our team and elevate our global Reward and Benefits offering. This is a pivotal role, providing expert reward guidance to our Group Corporate Functions including shaping and delivering programs that attract, retain, and support a high-performing workforce.
You’ll also take the lead on designing and executing employee benefit strategies, policies, and programs across the AUSPAC region, with a strong focus on enhancing the employee experience and aligning with our broader sustainability and wellbeing commitments.
You will also:
Provide strategic, high-quality guidance to senior leaders on all reward and benefits-related matters, balancing business goals, market dynamics, and employee expectations.
Develop and implement competitive reward strategies, policies, and programs to attract and retain top talent.
Collaborate with global Reward teams to deliver a coordinated, holistic view of international reward and benefits trends, supporting People Business Partners and leaders across Group Corporate Functions.
Deliver key annual reward processes, including the Annual Merit Review
Shape and execute the employee benefits strategy across AUSPAC, aligning it with our values, employee needs, and strategic goals.
Evolve and enhance our benefits offering to remain competitive and ensure a consistent, inclusive, and engaging experience for employees.

About you:
You're someone with strong experience in remuneration and a solid understanding of benefits, making you well-suited for a comprehensive global Reward role.
You’ll bring:
Solid experience in Reward, Remuneration, and Benefits—ideally in a complex or global organisation
Deep knowledge of employee benefits design, market trends, and best practices
A proven track record of partnering with stakeholder to develop and implement remuneration and benefits strategies which have had positive impacts on the business.
Confidence in engaging with and influencing senior executive stakeholders
Experience in the financial services or insurance sector is highly desirable
