Are you excited about managing risk in a highly innovative organisation? Do you want to be a part of a highly dedicated and ambitious team? Then you might be our new Senior Risk Manager for Business Risk & Controls.
You will become a part of Business Risk & Controls (BRC) in T&S (Technology & Services), which support all of T&S on the risk agenda. BRC contains five teams and you will join the Risk Managers team that has 11 team members. With five other team members you will support LC&I mitigating its risks
You will be located in Vilnius, Lithuania or Bangalore, India but working from home is a natural part of the job.
You will:
• Together with BRC, drive the identification of Non-Financial risks and related controls across T&S LC&I
• Ensure timely escalation of operational risk losses, lead root cause analysis and issues reporting. Monitor remediation plans to enable the global head of T&S LC&I to demonstrate compliance with obligations across the overarching T&S LC&I and bank wide environment
• Participate or lead the implementation of risk management initiatives as part of the global T&S LC&I strategy
• Ensure risk management policies are adhered to, facilitate related reviews and identifying gaps with policy owners
• Ongoing engage with key stakeholders including global T&S LC&I functional heads,
• Promote a culture of unrelenting focus on risk management.
About you:
• Experienced in risk management and the application of associated tools and techniques
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English with the ability to tailor communication messages and style to suit multiple stakeholder groups across all levels of seniority
• Knowledge of technology and/or operations functions within the financial services universe, preferably with experience in the Corporate & Institutional / Markets (FICC / Equity) space, and ideally with exposure to primary markets, custody, and treasury products
• Ability to develop effective relationships with business partners
• Ability and willingness to acquire new business Knowledge and skills
• Ability to define risk management strategy through influence colleagues and teams across different geographies to deliver a consistent agenda
• Demonstrable ability to support support and ensure an effective (Operational) risk framework.

Monthly salary range from 3360 EUR to 5040 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
